BIKING: Outdoors VS Indoors
Did you know that because the bikes in your spin class weight more (a whoppin' 39-42 pounds), your legs do more work, which in turn, burns more calories. Always a plus, right? But biking outdoors on a real bike can help improve your coordination and balance. What is your goal today? Burn more calories or hope to be less clumsy?
